Hi. So after each webinar I need to update the status of those who ask for trials to 'trial request'. The webinar ended at 2pm (40 minutes ago) and the status have all updated in Marketo and have synced with the Salesforce campaign. However, when I attempt to change the status from 'attended' to 'trail request' it just gets overridden and reverts back to 'attended'. How do I get this to stop happening?
Hi Amanda, in the Admin section for channels are Trial Request and Attended the same number? If Trial Request is a higher number, I would assume that people wouldn't be able to move back to attended... If they're the same number, I can see this happening.

I'm currently building something similar out in Marketo. Can you please explain what filters/triggers/flow steps you added to your Smart Campaigns in order to update statues in Marketo and Salesforce?
