I'm setting up a webinar flow in GoToWebinar. I was planning to do an automated email confirmation from us via Marketo (opting-out of GoToWebinar's confirmation email to the registrant) however, I'm seeing now that I can't opt out of their confirmation email - it seems to be hard-wired into their process.
While I'd be happier using ours (including the unique webinar url token for each person)... it seems like if I do this, the poor person will get two emails - a bit overkill.
Are there any work-arounds here? Best practice on your end?
(Related: it also appears that if you select multiple countries for dial-in #s, the number that appears in their confirmation email defaults to the first country in their alpha list....so, in our case, while the majority of the people will be US-based, they'll all be given the number for Canadians to call in - while there's a link that says "Calling from another country?" that takes you to a page with the other numbers, I'd think most people are on auto-pilot and would just type in the Canada #. Hoping to dummy-proof this but, talking with GTW support, sounds like they can't do anything about it.)
