I'm hosting a webinar with GTW and running invites, registration and follow-up out of Marketo. I'm using the {member.webinarURL} token in my confirmation email, but instead of it pointing to a "this event has not started" join page it is going to the GTW webinar registration page instead. Do I have a setting wrong on the GTW side or the Marketo side?
Jill - as Kenny rightly mentioned, you need to ensure that the specific program in Marketo is linked/synced to the correct Webinar program in Gotowebinar, and it should all be taken care of.
Is your token and the related confirmation email hosted in the same program? I know with custom tokens created in a program they all have to be in the program as well.
