Gotomeeting Attendees are not reflected in Marketo

Hello, we hosted a webinar last week and at the close of the webinar, it only showed 34 attended on Marketo but on gotowebinar, 64 attended. Could you please help me figure out an alternative way to add the additional 30 people that were somehow excluded. I have tried adding by doing a change program status flow step but the results says it cannot change to a previous status.

Did you try the "refresh from Webinar" button to see if it would pull in any additional attendees?  Did you end of running multiple sessions of this webinar (did you start it, stop it and then restart)?

That group of 30 must be already in the Program for them to have a prior status. Can you send us a screen shot?

You could run a Not in Program on them and then bring them back as Attended. Just make sure you know who they are somehow first.
