Google Lead Forms with Marketo?

Is anyone familiar with how to set up the webhook for the google lead forms? It's not as straight forward as I'm used to..

I think you may be misinterpreting what a Google Lead Forms webhook does: it sends lead data out from Google. So it doesn't have any relationship to Marketo webhooks, which send data out from Marketo to a remote service.
