Does anyone konw what this is: go.domainname.com? I think it's the marketo email tracking links, but I'm not sure. It came up as one of our top referral sources this month in Google Analytics. Can someone confirm?

That's right. That's a CNAME. Looking it up at mxtoolbox.com shows that it points to mkto-f0055.com which is the general format of everyone's branded links on the Marketo back-end. If it were a landing page CNAME it would point to accountstring.mktoweb.com (accountstring is unique for everyone's Marketo).

You are correct, it's your branded tracking links on your emails.

You can view this in your Admin section > Email > Branding Domain

Pretty sure. I work for PatientKeeper and the referral sourcew was "go.patientkeeper.com".
