getLeadChanges- Activity Attributes
getLedChanges() returns Activity Attributes . However we only have the Attribute names extracted in the Attribute list using getLeadChanges.
are they display name or technical name?

getLeadChanges returns the API names (technical names).
The display name ("Friendly Label") is relevant for the user interface.
