Forward to a friend in autoresponders

Hi

We want to add the 'forward to a friend' token in our autoresponder emails. However, when testing it we discovered that the tokens from the autoresponder email are not populated/forwarded. Instead the friend receives a blank message. The message should contain a URL to one of our assets so a blank email message is of no use. 

Is there a way to use 'forward to a friend' tokens in global autoresponders?

Do you want to create a special form and flow so that the "fwd to friend" works better?

Which tokens aren't populating on the Friend's email?

You can try to setup special flows:

1. link to landing page with form
2. on form fill out, trigger a workflow
3. workflow sends out special version of email and send to the friend.

The tokens that are not populating are all in My Tokens, for example {{my.Autoresponder Message}}  and  {{my.Download url}}.  
The tokens are used to populate a global autoresponder email when a lead fills out a form. If that lead forwards the autoresponder email to a friend, none of the token areas populate.

Int the work flow, do you mean to create a landing page with a form that includes the friend's email address, name, etc. and use that information to send out an email? How does it pull the email address of the friend?
