Form Submission Smart List/Reporting based on Web Page "Contains" logic

I was wondering if it's possible to generate a smart list based on whether a lead filled out a form on a certain URL criteria. 

For example, I would like to see how many leads have fillled out my "Resource Download" form on my Canadian & US sites. 

My desired querying logic would be:

Canada Leads 
Filled Out Form > Resource Download
Constraint: Web Page Contains: mydomain.ca/resources 

US Leads 
Filled Out Form > Resource Download
Constraint: Web Page Contains > mydomain.com/resources 

Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be an option in the smart list tool. Could anyone offer any suggestions/workarounds for how I could achieve these results by some other means within Marketo? Perhaps through the reporting tool?

Hey Matt,

You may want to try using the Referrer constraint in the Filled out Form filter.  For example you could use Referrer contains "mydomain.ca"
