Form - External URL

Hello All,

I am creating new 2.0 forms for my company's web site and I need to carry over the old form's external URLs (follow-up pages).

Where can I find these External URLs within the old forms?

On the old forms, the follow-up functionality was defined on the landing page itself, and not within the form. You should be able to see which landing pages are currently using that form, edit those pages, and edit the settings for the form element to see the defined follow-up page.
