Finding Inactive Leads

Hello!

I am new to Marketo and wanted to do an analysis on the leads in our database. I'm looking to find all the leads that have not opened an email (any email, not a specific email) in the last 18 months.

You could create a smart list to track this.   Here is an example.  You will just want to change the filter to 18 months instead of the 180 days I have put there.  

This could take a long time to run so you might want to create a smart campaign to add the leads that match the criteria to a static list.

Great thanks!! Looks like I was on the right track, but didn't realize I could select "is any" from the dropdown menu in the Opens filter.
