Filter Leads with Completed SFDC Tasks

I'm trying to create a filter to exclude leads with recently logged, completed Salesforce Tasks. This smart campaign, however, is pulling leads with completed Tasks. What am I doing wrong? How can I exclude leads with completed Tasks after a certain date?

I figured this out. It was a user error on my part. This is working properly...
