Field picklist value changes - How does it reflect on existing forms?
Greetings Everyone!
We are adding some additional picklist values to one of our fields in SFDC. Since that field is also used in our Forms /Landing Pages, how would the new values reflect in these old forms? Will the old form field picklist update on its own or will we have to go in in all forms 1.0 & 2.0 to update the picklist value on that field if it is being used?

Hi Khushboo,
Once you add the new value to the picklist in SFDC, it will sync to marketo. You may just need to reapprove any landing pages or forms that use that field to make it available for leads to select on the form.
Re: Field picklist value changes - How does it reflect on existing forms?
We've found that when the picklist values change in CRM (we use MS Dynamics 2013), the values are not reflected in the existing forms. We have do delete the form field and then re-add it so that the new values appear. This is a huge hassle as we have about 5 types of forms and 24 country workspaces (and since forms cannot be shared across workspaces, each country has their own set of forms). Is this a MS CRM-only issue?

Yes. I am encountering the same thing and we use Salesforce: the existing forms are not reflecting the new values after the values were changed in SFDC. Yes, but if you create a new form in both 1.0 and 2.0, you will see the new set of values.
Re: Field picklist value changes - How does it reflect on existing forms?
We do not automatically update form picklist values because we do not want to change what you are showing your customers without a direct action by you guys.
We do however send a notification when this happens and this notification should contain all the forms this field is being used in.
