Hi, I would like to create a smart campaign that compare whether the data in two different fields are the same. If they are, I would send out e-mail 1. If they are not, then I would send out a different e-mail. Is there a good way to compare two fields within a smart camapign?
We are trying to compare country field (Picklist) with citizenship field (Picklist), which lists 248 countries. So if country is the same as citizenship, we would send out e-mail 1, otherwise we would send out e-mail 2.
Unfortunately, there isn't really a good way to do this that I can think of. Is there a set number of choices for the values in those fields? If you gave me some more general context I might have some ideas.
