Is it possible to create a Custom Field in Field Management that render a Custom drop down list?  Is it possible to make this a required field?

We want it to render in the lead administration page so that this is a required fill out for every lead entered.

You want it to render in the lead adminstration page or on a landing page? Do you want it to be a required field when adding a new lead or as part of the signup form?
