Field in RCE: Number of opportunities Associated with a Program

In RCE, in Program Opportunity Analysis report, there's the field "# of Opportunities Associated with Program". 

I'm wondering if the program member has to have reached a program success status in order to have an opportunity count towards that program? 

So if you have a webinar program and a contact has a program status of "invited", and the contact is associated with an opportunity, would that webinar program get credit for being associated with that opportunity? 

The 'Tell me about" definition below doesn't really answer that question.

Ari - yes, the contacts on the opportunities should have to have achieved success status in the programs for it to be reflected in this metric.
