I am using Facebook ads manager. without using Ad Leads. How can I integrate/Sync my all Ads Manager's Data to Marketo .. ?

Well, there is no direct integration to bring in all of this data from Marketo. However, if you have a Marketo program for each of your campaigns, you could use the Marketo API to write the cost data for your campaigns.

I would recommend investing in a 3rd party app like KlipFolio or Tableau which have closer integration to your marketing systems. They can connect to your Marketo account, and you FB Ads Manager account.
