extracting bounced email addresses

I am fairly new to Marketo and am wondering how I find the email address that have bounced from an email campaign I have sent.

Hi Emma,

You can create a Smart List using one of the bounced filters (Email Bounced for hard bounces, or Email Bounced Soft for soft).

So your Smart List criteria would be Email Bounced is <Your Email Name>.

Alternatively select any bounces from a certain period by using Email Bounced is <Any> and Date of Activity is <e.g. in Past 30 Days>.

Hi Emma,

If you just want to see the unsubscribes from a specific smart campaign, you can also click on the  "results" tab  in your smart campaign and then filter the view for unsubscribes by selecting "Custom" for the filter and then selecting "Unsubscribe email" from the list of options in email section.  you can download this if you want to export it.

I frequently use this.  Hope this helps,
