Is there any way in Marketo to extract Total # of content marketing downloads (ebooks, brochures, white papers, etc.) downloaded through our landing pages.

We use a basic rule: 1 content = 1 program. the we count successes in content programs.

You can try to mirror this using Program Status or Form Filled filters, but that won't really get you to a total downloads count.
Better to use a Member Status or Touch object to do this.
