We have a landing page that will be hosted by third party vendor. We need the metrics - landing page clicks and views - sent back to Marketo. I’ve provided the vendor with the munchkin code. When we are testing, nothing is showing up in Marketo. Wondering if I am missing something? Also, is using “clicked link on webpage” an accurate filter?
any suggestions would be helpful.
Hi Niti,
The munchkin on this web site is probably sending information to your Marketo DB, but it's generating anonymous leads. Unless you also add a Marketo embedded form on this page, or unless the traffic comes from your own web site and you transfer Marketo cookie value through the URL, there is no way Marketo can guess who the visitors are and attach the page visits to the proper lead. Marketo is a good product, but not THAT good
You ought to see these visits in the web page activity report, if you set the report to display anonymous leads.
If you provide us with the URL of the page, we can check whether your munchkin code is indeed working.

Hi Gregoire,
we also have Marketo embedded form on the page which is sending form information back to Marketo during testing.
also, the people that are supposed to be getting link to this landing page are our contacts. Not prospects/leads.
If they are your contacts and they access the page from a email sent from Marketo, you will see the traffic in the contact activity log.
Create a smart list with the "filled out form" filter on the embedded form and check that the leads who filled out the form also get the traffic on the page in their log.
And again, if you share the URL, we can check that it's working as it should.

Hi Gregoire,
Are you asking to provide you link to page hosted by external vendor? if so here it is.
Can't I use, visited web page filter? also, how do you create a web page activity report? As you can see, when i put in the landing page, it's highlighting in red.
The munchkin is working OK on the page.
But there are some wierd things on the page:

Hello Sandford and Gregorie,
just circling back on this. So after further investigation, we were able to pull the webpage activity report but in the "default" workspace. This particular program is built in USA workspace. In admin, did I need to change the partition? When I tried changing the partition, the muchkin code itself doesn't change? Any ideas why this report is pulling in metrics in default vs. the workspace where the program is built?
