Error when trying to import a list

I keep getting this error code when I am trying to import a list.  "The List is currently importing another list. Please wait for it to finish and try again". How do I fix this? It's been like this for several days.

I know this is quite an old post, but I'm also having the same issue now. I've never seen this before. Did you figure out how to resolve it?
