Error updating Sfdc lead id after crm creation??

Hi,

 

Does anyone know what this error message mean and how to fix it?

"Error updating Sfdc lead id after crm creation. Leads might have already been synched."

I was doing manual leads sync to SFDC. These are net new leads. I don't see them in my SFDC after receiving this error message.
