Error message: Click repair to attempt automatic resolution

Has anyone received this message when uploading the HTML code provided from Knak and importing it to a new Marketing Landing Page Template? I am currently having issues with approving the template due to this error message and it's preventing me from using the template. 

Steps I took to get to this point: 

• Downloaded the HTML code for Marketo from Knak 
• Open Design Studio in Marketo > Created a new landing page template
• Selected the HTML code file to be used for the new template
• Reviewed and attempted to approve the template 
• Error Message was thrown "Template validation failed because of these errors: Click repair to attempt automatic resolution"
• Clicked the Repair button > Repair Failed - "Your template could not be repaired. Check for validation issues and try again."
