We're trying to get our team set up on the Gmail Plug-In for Sales Insight and are encountering a few problems.
1) When we try to log an email in Marketo using the plug-in, it says "Error contacting Gmail API." What is causing that?
2) How long does it take to sync that email with Sales Insight? Right now, it doesn't sync at all when we do this, but I'm assuming that's because we are getting the above API error.
Any ideas?
