We have a new list that we are currently working and have segmented it for different campaigns. We sent a couple of emails and the result for both campaigns said all leads were a soft bounce. I am at a loss. Has this happened to anyone? And does anyone have any idea as to why all leads would be a soft bounce? I appreciate any feedback! Thanks so much!!

Here is an article that explains what can cause a soft bounce, The Difference Between Hard Bounces and Soft Bounces [FAQs] If you sent a batch of emails to a large group with the same email provider that can often raise a red flag and cause bounces.
Off the top of my head, there's probably a bad token in the email, maybe in the from or reply-to field, but the message in the soft-bounce activities themselves should give you a much better idea of what's going wrong.
Yes, if you don't use a default token and you relied on Lead Owner Email Address, this will happen to you.
