I set up an engagement program a couple of weeks ago. The first email went out almost straight away and 72 hours later the engagement score had been calculated and was showing on the dashboard. The second email in the stream went out on Tuesday and the engagement score has yet to appear on the dashboard. IS anyone aware of any issue currently in engagement programs which would cause the score not to update?
I havent asked support no, was hoping to get the answer from the community before going to support. It has been 72 hours at 4pm UK time today so I will check again in the morning. Thanks for your help Josh.
