Embedding Forms and Landing Pages

I have embedded a form on my company blog using iframes, I want to be able to do the same with the follow-up page that is hosted on Marketo so that the rest of the page stays the same and JUST the form itself changes to the follow up content, the rest of the page should stay the same.  How can this be done?

I think you are describing exactly what we are doing.  If your "follow up page" is a Marketo landing page, you can edit the form settings (within the landing page that has the form) to use a Marketo Landing Page and then select your page (needs to be approved first).   So long as both landing pages have similar styleing it shoudl look seamless.
