Hi everyone, I had a quick look and couldn't see anything that answered my question.
I'm working on gathering email metrics from Q3, and I have an email that I know was sent on August 18 (this is not the only example though) and it is not showing up on the email Insights page.
I've set the correct workspace and my custom date range to July 1 - September 30 2020. The Programs/Email Sends show up when I search for them in the filters tab, but no email insights come up.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any idea how I can fix it?

Ask Support and provide them the URL of the smart campaign and email asset.
Email Insights runs every few hours so there are sometimes db drops.
