Email Template

Hi,

Am seeing two types of email templates one which has edit draft in preview and one doesn't have edit draft option. in autoresponder template not sure how to edit the content, as i can see the content in the preview but in while on edit i just see as "Content Here"

Are these Templates or actual Emails, big difference!
