Email template "Get ready": False display of the images in Outlook

Hey everybody,

we're still trying to use the email template "Get ready" for our newsletter.

The template consists of the sections "Photo L" and "Photo R".

In the preview the photos look normally / like they suppose to look.

But when I send a sample to my Outlook Account the picture is displayed broken (see the pictures attached).

This happens with every picture of the "Photo R" section. The pictures of the "Photo L" section are all shown correctly.

Does anybody know why this is happening? What can I do to avoid that?

Best wishes

Christina

Hi Christina,

I would suggest taking a look at your code for that area. Does it happen to have different width settings for the text box (set number of pixels) vs. the white background of that module (50%)  that are causing the text box to cut into the image based on the width of the Outlook view?
