A client of ours is not receiving our emails. I notice the email address
says "bounced email", but it is a confirmed email address and they do not
have and firewall against our emails.
Looking into their Lead Info, I noticed is says the following:
Email Suspended: true
Email Suspended Cause: Exceeded MaxAttempts - 571 5.0.0 Message Refused
How do we get him back on the safe sender list?
PLEASE let me know is there is anything I can do!
