Email Suspended

A client of ours is not receiving our emails. I notice the email address 
says "bounced email", but it is a confirmed email address and they do not 
have and firewall against our emails. 

Looking into their Lead Info, I noticed is says the following: 
Email Suspended: true 
Email Suspended Cause: Exceeded MaxAttempts - 571 5.0.0 Message Refused 

How do we get him back on the safe sender list? 

PLEASE let me know is there is anything I can do!

The "message refused" cause is typically because the message matched spam filters on the receiving server--you might not be blocked entirely, but this particular message didn't pass their filters.     

The suspended status will be removed in 24 hours (although the Email Suspended Cause will still be populated).  Here's more information:

You should still be able to send messages to this recipient.  You might want to double check over the next several email sends and see if the problems persist.
