I noticed that when an email bounced initially, the "email suspended" fields are populated. On the next email bounce, these fields are not updated, so I have the old "email suspended at" and "email suspended cause" instead of the recent one.
Can these fields be updated? (they are not blocked in the "field management" section)

Soft bounces do not automatically set emails to suspended. Emails bounced and then delivered are typical occurrences.

Ok, I have some cases which it doesn't happen (email is bounced and then delivered after a while), the "suspended date" is not updated. Do you want me to open a support case on that?

The field is updated by server processes. The email suspended flag does not reflect the true availability for mailings.
