Email Suspended Cause: 554 Denied IPR Mode: normal

We launched a new campaign yesterday where leads complete a form and then receive an auto-responder email. The first form completion resulted in the following email suspended cause: 554 Denied [IPR] (Mode: normal).

What does this mean and can I fix it? It is very important that people recieve the auto-responder email as it contains a link to the requested material.

Hi Whitney,
Marketo receives these messages from the receiving email server. A 554 bounce is a response that is described as "The email bounced for an unspecified reason", which I know is not very helpful. Which email server you received this message from did not include any details in the bounce message.

The best thing to do to avoid this in the future would be to make sure you have DKIM, SPF, and branded links enabled to improve your overall deliverability.
Here are some articles:

I'm actually in the same boat. Our Go-To-Webinar confirmation replies are being flagged as 554, but they're all sending from the exact same Marketo account that sent the email invite in the first place, so wouldn't the DKIM, SPF, etc all be the same? The only links that would different and contained inside the email would be the ones to access the webinar itself?
