Email Suspended - affected logic

Hello All,

I have a specific doubt regarding the email suspended flag:

Does email suspended affect only the sending of email and communications or it affect all marketing activities for those 24hours?

Eg., I have a lead that was marked as email suspended, in the same day he submitted a form that would trigger a smart campaign. This didn't happen and I can't see any reason why besides he being email suspended.

Can it affect this kind of logic?

Hi Pedro,

From what I've seen, it will only effect the sending of emails. Other things will occur as expected within your campaigns during that 24 hour window.

If you have an example of something that didn't occur, you can post here, or contact support to see why it didn't occur.
