Email Subject Title to populate tokens - FN

May I ask if this functionality is still in bug mode or has this issue been solved in Marketo ?
Email Subject line used not to be able to populate FN via token.

Has anyone tried this recently ? or is there a work around -please advice

I sent an email this morning with the first name in the subject, no issues.

So you are saying that {{lead.First Name}} doesn't populate in the Email Subject Line?

I haven't heard of an error here. Are you sure it wasn't because you left the default out?
