Hi, We have a custom role for Marketing and they need to change their email settings by themselves. However, they do not have admin rights - I gave them access to "access email" in admin and they need to save changes to "From Email and From Label" - it will not save.
Any advice on how to do this.

Hey Celine,
I would double check that you are not trying to edit Admin or Standard role as neither are editable. If you are, it's best to create a new role with the same permissions then update the preferences that you desire. Should have no issue enabling/saving this with a custom role.

Just to clarify, are you talking about the default from values defined in admin?
Can you confirm that the permission updated is the "access email admin" permission under the "access admin" section of permissions?
This is what I want to change for users (marcom and echannel- both are custom roles with access to Marketing Activities/Design Studio)
