Email Program Not Running

We having major issues this morning with sending emails through email programs that have no flags, just not running for an unknown reason.  Support is looking into it but so far has not been able to find the reason.  Has anyone else had this experience with the new email programs where you approve it the day before but it still does not run?

Hi Jack,

I'll follow up with support on this.  Do you have a case ID you can share?  I haven't heard this reported from any other customer, but there is something going wrong here for sure.

Hi Jack -

We've experienced intermittent issues with Email Send programs, too. Sometimes when we click approve the page gets hung up before it goes through and other times it appears to approve but the email never gets sent! So frustrating! Did you hear back from support about this?
