Hello,
Want to know how I will get to know how many people we send emails how many people click on emails how can I check it in marketo??? thank you!!
Solved! Go to Solution.
You should check out email performance and email link performance reports in Marketo Analytics. Let us know if you have questions while creating the report. You can also create smart list with Was Sent Email and Clicked Email filters to check how many people were sent a particular email/list of emails and/or clicked them. Make sure you're aware about the rentetion policy that applies to the activities in the activity log which are referenced by smart list.

I was asking not the numbers was asking if 100 people will get emails and click open the emails etc etc want to see members like email, first name, last name, company, job title etc. how can we get that?
thank you!!
You can create a smart list with apt filters (Was Sent Email, Delivered Email, Opened Email, Clicked Link in Email, etc.) and see the details of the qualified people. You may have to create/update an existing view to pull the relevant fields if they're not included in your Default view.
Additionally, please be mindful of the retention policies associated with the activities: Sent and Delivered Email activities remain in the person's activity log for 90 days from the date of the activity. Other email-related activities such as Opened Email, Clicked, etc. are retained in the person's act log for 25 months from the date of activity. Check out all you'd need to know about Marketo's retention policy in detail here.
Lastly, just an FYI usually email open and click activities are a relatively poor measure to gauge content performance and engagement (as compared to more actionable metrics such as form fills and conversion) since they're susceptible to false positives due to email scanner/bot activities.
