The email performance report seems to reflect an inaccurate view of leads that have truly unsubscribed based on the mailing sent.

It looks like the “unsubscribed” in the email performance report is “Leads who unsubscribed to this email) = 9 - can you confirm?
The report shows 9 leads (however when I run a smart list on Unsubscribed from this email = 15.

Because I want to present a realistic picture to my stakeholders of the unsubscribes to the email, I have to manually adjust the number for the Unsubscribes on the email performance report before sending it - vs. having the correct unsubscribe number reflect on the report so I can send to subscribers.
Thoughts?
Hey Jamie, we cannot log into your instance, so we cannot see any of the links you've included above. That said, are you using the native Marketo unsubscribe link and page? If not, then you will likely have discrepant numbers unless you've set this up How to Build an EXTERNAL Subscription Center

You do not need the http:// as the system token resolves fully as a URL.
1. Yes you will find differences in the Email Perf report vs. Smart Lists. Always. There are tons of articles here on this. Please search for them.
2. Yes, you can mostly do this with smart list subs with the correct filters.
You will still have to check these reports and build the data yourself.
You should also check Email Insights if you have it as it may be more accurate (or not), but it will be faster
