Email PDF automatically when people fill in a request

Hi, 
I would like to check if it's possible for me to set to send a file automatically while people fill in a request form?  In that case, I can verify if it's a real email address.

You just need a smart campaign - Filled out Form - then for the flow step - Send Email.
