I was wondering if there was a way to create one report that would show the names of who clicked on each individual link in a newsletter?

Email link performance reports can't be manipulated to show the detail of each individual lead who clicked each individual link. You can achieve this with smart lists, using "Clicked on email, email is X, link is/contains Y" rules.
