How does this happen? I sent 170k emails but 180k got delivered...

In that case, please try to change the duration of the email sent and then switch it back to what is was originally. If the number is still not updated please try contacting Marketo support and please do let me know what they reply.
Another scenario, what I can think of is, emails that were not delivered earlier ( soft bounces) may have been in the time duration you may have selected.
