Hello,

I ran an email campaign today morning and it soft bounced for every member of the list.

What could be the possible reason ?

Possible causes would include, but not limited to, tokens in the From, To or Subject lines, often when it has default = (blank) or reading values from SFDC fields before they have values assigned.

What is the campaign name?

QQ on soft bounces:  If you have "each lead can run through once" selected, the soft bounce won't try to resolve? Is this true and could that be the problem?

Hello Amber,

Thank you for the reply. I had checked my list when the emails soft bounced. All the email IDs are there in the list but still they got soft bounced 😞

Hello Breno Gomes,

I checked today and around 12 out of the 154 emails got delivered but others are still soft bounced. I am waiting to see if other emails get delivered as well.
Looks like some server issue to me.

I know that the one time that I had this happen, I had accidentally uploaded a list that didn't have emails in the email column (oops!) So it took a bit for everything to catch up and for me to realize what had happened. Once I figured that out, it was an easy fix. I don't know if that's what happened for you, but sometimes something really easy and simple causes the most annoying problems. 🙂

Email is also delivered normally to you ( leadId=409)

The Results tab is indeed the best reference 
 
In alternative you can create a smart list or reuse test list "mkto_find_soft_bounces"
Filter
Email Bounced Soft
Email is Invite 6_ Webinar Attendess
 
and then inspect each leads for the exact cause.

Please keep in mind a soft bounce is a temporary condition. Marketo will try to deliver again. Repeated failures may turn into hard bounce or set email to suspended

The email was delivered normally to my Marketo account. Full headers bellow. I replaced the actual email address with xxxx

I have proper values in From, To & Subject Line.

The CAMPAIGN name is : Invite 6_ Webinar Attendess.

I created the campaign again but again the emails soft bounced.
