I am trying to find a way to grab leads from the same company when one of those leads triggers a smart campaign. Is there a way to relate a lead to others by a field and add those additional leads to the same flow without manually stating the company names before hand?
You may need a webhook or a tool like Named Accounts from Marketo ABM.
BUT, be careful. Emailing 100 people at the same company domain in a day will get you blocked pretty fast.
We have named accounts, but no way to say in a smart list or flow if lead fills in a form then email everyone in their account. I'll look into webhooks though.

The specific use case here is to target all leads & contacts in our CRM, that are associated with the account of a lead that is converted to an opportunity. Essentially changing the journey for all leads & contacts associated with the account of the converted lead where the opportunity was created.

It is possible to build an automation that will look for the same email domains. after that to run a smart campaign that will detect the same domains in the database and apply actions according to your needs. However, as Josh Hill noted before it can be very risky to send emails to the same company domain at once.
