In order to improve the email deliverability, we want to ask customers to white list our dedicated IP.
Is there a way to find which customer accounts have marked us Spam or blocked us?
We do not want to write every customers, just a few specific ones.
Thanks!

Sort of.
Run a smart list with the email fields like Email Suspended Cause, Bounced Reason....etc
Then look if anyone responded with 550 or "spam" in those fields.
But the reality is most firms won't care to spend the time to help you except your very best customers and if you can get their IT team to help.
