Hi - For the Email Deliverability Operational lists, do I have to add them as exclusions to each email campaign? Or are they automatically excluded once they're set up.
E.g: Bounce lists, spam lists, unengaged list
System lists such as hard-bounce lists, unsubscribed lists, and marketing suspended lists are automatically added. If you create an unengaged list on your own, then you have to explicitly exclude that list.
And Invalid=T and Black List=T will all appear as "Blocked" on the Schedule tab. They are always blocked from emails.
Unsub, Suspend can receive Operational Emails
Hard Bounces are NOT excluded automatically. They can be Email Suspended for 24 hours, but many return after that period. You must decide on a policy and Invalidate Bounces as appropriate.
Soft Bounces are not suspended.
