Email auto-filled with data from multiple leads

Ok so I am needing to create an email program that will send 1 email to supervisors of multiple personnel and I want to have it auto-populate the supervisors name and the employees' names into the body of the email. Is this possible? I intend for it to be as follows:

Dear [Supervisor],

The following employees will report directly to you:

[Employee Name, Other data from employee record in Marketo]

[Employee Name, Other data from employee record in Marketo]

[Employee Name, Other data from employee record in Marketo]

[Employee Name, Other data from employee record in Marketo]

If those "employee records" are Marketo leads, no. You can't link across primary objects like that.

If the "employee records" are Custom Objects linked directly to the manager's lead object, that would be very possible using Velocity.
