I was just wondering would anybody know of a way to receive alerts if a lead was to reply to an email from a campaign?
If not an alert then even a smartlist which shows me all the leads that replied to the email sender.

Hi Youcef,
This is not possible. The reply to is really something that happens between the email server of the lead and your email server.
The best is to use a reply to email address that goes to a mail box you can control and access.
