Dynamics 365 Custom Entity Sync - Not appearing in Person Details

Hello,

We have an integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are trying to synchronize a custom entity to Marketo. In Dynamics, we created the custom entity and its relationships with the contact object. In Marketo, we enabled the synchronization of the custom entity schema and the fields we want to display. We created a smart list using the relationship with the custom entity as a filter, and we can correctly see the persons who have a record of such entity. However, when we access the person details to view the values associated with the custom entity, we are unable to see anything.

Everything else in the integration is working correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can display the fields associated with the synchronized custom entity? We would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions

Yes, from what we have seen, it is possible to enable them for smart list and triggers usage. What we were looking for was some way to visualize the values of these objects but everything points to the fact that it is not possible.
