We recently migrated to Dynamics 2013 and are looking to replace a "custom dialogue" that we have been using to manage the lead qualify process in Dynamics. The objective is to mimic SFDC's process where it identifiies possible matching accounts, and if you select an existing account it identifies possible existing contacts to avoid creating duplicates. Out of the box Dynamics functionality can't meet these requirements so it appears that a plugin or workflows will be required. Anyone out there been down this path and have any suggestions?
